Shipments and returns

We ship out products from our warehouse in Malaysia. All shipments are made through the reliable couriers, such as PosLaju Services or TaQBin (Yamato). Our goal is to ship your order within 12 business days of placement. You will be notified via email if there is any delay beyond this time frame. You are always invited to contact us regarding the availability of merchandise or with questions about a product.
Should you not be available to take delivery or collection, you may be redirected to contact the carrier.  Although we aim to deliver within the time frame set upon purchase at product page, shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, charges or expenses arising out of such late delivery.  

Shipping fee may be applied.

Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your order from Raintree Teas, as long as it is within 28 days of the date you received your order.
All exchanges / refunds must be accompanied by original receipt, packaging and all parts unopened, tampered or consumed.

Be sure to include your order reference number and state the reason you are returning your goods so that we can process a refund for you.
Delivery Charges are non-refundable.
Please note that we will not reimburse your postage costs on returned items unless it is an error made by our warehouse.

We reserve the right to cancel any purchase, although already accepted by us, should one or any of the following situation arises:-

  •     your order is flagged up by our security systems as an unusual order susceptible to fraud
  •     your billing information is not correct or not verifiable;
  •     we could not deliver to the address provided by you.
